Vision
We envision a future where all residents of Orange County can maintain their dental health and quality of life, regardless of socio-economic status, by having easy access to affordable quality preventive and operative dental services.
Mission
To improve oral health by reducing dental disease in socio-economically disadvantaged Preschool through 6th grade Orange County students with limited access to dental care by providing free preventive dental services through a school-based program.
